Hello! I am using Win95 and I have lost my sound. I cant hear anything. My sound card is ESS1968 and I was not able to find a proper driver on the net. I have found one though but it only removed my card and I am no longer able to hear sound. Worst of all I have got this card from my friend which is now using XP.

Hi there! This is really tough. You should really give an effort finding the proper driver on the net. It has to be on some site where you can download this driver. What is cruel to say is man, you should have been using other OS. What I have found on the net is the bid on eBay. Some are selling used sound cards for twenty dollars. You can even ask for the driver! So, my suggestion is that you pay some five bucks and get your driver in few days.
