Hello. I have purchased new computer that will be used primarily for gaming. Naturally, I bought very good computer because games are very demanding. Its specifications are: Intel Core2Duo E6600 processor, 2 GB Corsair RAM and one Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT video card. I would like to know will I see some improvement if I install another PCI-E graphic card?

Hello. You need to understand that you have to install completely the same graphics card in order to use SLI mode. GeForce 8800 GT is quite expensive card and I am not sure if purchasing another one can be justified with minimal performance gain you will have from dual graphics cards. This feature is more advertised then it really gives significant performance boost (unless you think that around 10% is good for that price).
