| I have two monitors attached to my computer, and I am using ATI Radeon x300. Both are properly installed, and connected, but wont work at the same time. Individually, everything is fine, but when I want to use it at the same time, one is always out. Its always my primary monitor. I went to display properties, and cant have access to second one. Is it my OS or something else? Thank! |

| What is your configuration, you didnt mention video card? Thats an important issue. So, for example if youre using some chip nVidia, no wonder that its not working. Check your current driver version, and see if you can get the newest version. I have the same problem with my computer at work. When I want to install laptop on it, the system cant save my settings. So I solved this with appropriate driver version. Which option did you select, docking or mutual? What resolution are you using? Be sure that both of your screens share same resolution. Docking in these kinds of situations is very complicated because your graphic card must control both signals at the same time. My advice is to download new drivers and to install them. I hope you will work it out. Cheers! |
