Download TV programs and watch them?

I know that computers today do all sorts of stuff. Scientist try to make them to be and to do everything that you need to be done. I am interested to find out if one thing is possible. Can I Download TV programs and watch them? Please share information that you have with me. Thank you in advance.

I dont understand your question. How can you download TV program? I dont think that it is possible. You can download TV shows, or movies or something else of that format, I mean type of files. But you can only download things that someone already recorded. You can record TV programs on your computer, and later to watch them. That is possible only if you have TV card built in your computer. But to download TV programs and watch them. I have never heard before that that thing is possible. Now I am interested to find that out also.
