Here is my problem. I have desktop computer at home and this computer is member of MSHOME workgroup. My laptop is also member of MSHOME workgroup and I am using it to access shared resources on home computer when I am at work. Recently I had to join a domain with laptop so I can access resources on private network of my employer. Now I can not access home network. Is there any way I can access both networks?

You are not able to connect to home network because you are trying to access with domain parameters of which your workgroup computer does not know anything. One of the possible solutions is to create another user account on laptop with same username/password as account on you home network and to place that user in MSHOME workgroup while leaving user that logs in domain intact. You will be able to switch users and use both networks.
