| Hello! Well, I have made home network with few computers through router. I have heard that a router is firewall actually. So, I want to know do I need firewall with router. I mean, if router is firewall, then I do not need software firewall, right? I hope that you will be able to explain me this and tell me what to do. Thanks! |

| Hello! I can tell you that someone calls router physical firewall, because it closes unneeded ports as software firewall. But, I can tell you that you need to install software firewall too, because router is not enough. What I want to tell you is following: router without software firewall cannot protect your machines. |
