Do I need Windows ME Security Update?

Hi all! I see that every now and then there’s some security update out for my Windows XP System. After some time, it gets collected to so-called service packs. So, my question is: I have an older machine with Windows ME installed on it. Are these older system also affected with the vulnerabilities that can be fixed in patches. Where should I download these security updates if I need them at all?

I suppose you don’t have too much important stuff on your old computer, so maybe it’s not so important to have it updated. However, updates aren’t hard to apply. All you need to do is visit Microsoft’s website osoft.com and go for an update section. An automatic process should be initiated which should detect which updates you need. There’s also a good patch section on http://spot.com/tweaks/updates/#Winme.
