Can you tell me how to display two files in word? I have to translate a written in word and to type it directly into new word document. And I’d like to display both documents at the same time so that I can see the text I have to translate while I’m translating it. I don’t know whether I have explained everything clearly, but I guess that you’ll understand what I want.

There are several ways to do this. First of all, you can open both documents at the same time and resize both windows so that each fits half of the screen. That way you’ll be able to see both of them and to type in the new documents. But I just don’t understand why you don’t make a copy of the original document and then type directly into it, right after the text you’re supposed to translate. I think that it’s the least complicated way. It’s really hard to translate something while you are constantly switching between documents. That can be a nuisance. You always have to remember what you’ve read. Maybe there is another solution that I can’t remember right now.
