I want to disable power button off because I do not want let my parents to shut down my computer on it. Couple of times I went to neighbor and did not turn off computer, and my mother just shut it down on power button. I think that I dont need to mention that she ruin my homework because I didnt save it. So, I heard that I can solve problem on this way. Is that possible?

You can do that in bios. In fact, in bios you can disable power, sleep and wake buttons. To do that when you turn on computer start to press del. When you enter bios go to advanced configuration and power interface (ACPI). After that, disable acpi in the power category. I have to mention that if you dont have classic pc, you will need other command to enter bios and location of acpi is always different for different computers (location depends of manufacturer and bioss version).
