Digital handicam low quality?

Hello! I have bought digital Olympus handicam and I am facing problem with low quality now. I do not know why this is happening, because I have heard that this handicam is not bad. I am not familiar with this field, but I hope you are and you will help me. I am thanking you in advance on your prompt reply.

Hello! I think that Olympus is not best brand digital handycam camcorder. So, there is nothing weird because you have this problem with it. I suggest you to buy Sony or Panasonic digital handycam camcorder. These brands are really reliable and probably two best brands on the market nowadays. Hope this helps you!
