Hi. I have a problem with my desktop theme. Is this called Desktop Hijacking? I removed a few viruses via AVG antivirus and have run AdAware program, and my computer should be clean. The problem is that I can not change desktop theme to what I want, but is always back to some ridiculous photo which is very impolite to describe. When I change to what I want from menu I got by right-clicking desktop, it always returns. Can someone tell me what to do?

Hi. It must be you have something more on your PC that is causing this behavior. So your AVG and whatever more you use did not detect this one. What you certainly can do is to run some more programs for detection and removal of viruses and spy/adware. I suggest to try some well known and checked, although no such program is a 100% sure to remove all problems. Spybot Search&Destroy is one I use. Trojan Hunter, Microsoft’s spyware tool, HijackThis are some of tools I have heard are good. If you do not succeed, you can get a log file about your computers state and send it to this forum to analyze. HijackThis can make such a log file.
