Dell's Service Options question?

Hello! I have Dells computer. It is new, but I get to used to it for problems. I want ask you do you know is good Dells service support? I have heard some stories that they offer some different services, but I think that are only a rumors. Have you any information regarding this? Thank you in advance for your prompt reply!

It is true. Dell provides few models of support. You can find more informations if you go to the following web address:

I think that the best solution is to take one year backup recovery service and one year help desk. With first service you will get 1 GB storage and possibility to backup your damaged media. With second one you will ask questions about viruses, how to questions, etc.
