Dell Photo AIO Printer 962 issue

Hi all. I'm having trouble using the Dell printer that I have here (see subject line). At first I couldn't access it, sent me back every time I tried printing, but I somehow got that sorted out with the permissions. Now, however, it does print, but every other line comes up as a full line of black ink, no letters recognizable. The weird thing is I seem to be the only one that this is happening to! What am I doing wrong?

Hard to say, really. If you're positive that other users aren't experiencing the same problem than it can't be a physical fault of the printer, so it must be a software error of some kind. I can't think of one that would have that result, though.
Check out Dell's printer support site, they're doing a surprisingly decent job there:
