Hello! I have Dell laptop and I have problem with keyboard. Some of keys on my keyboard won’t work and I do not know what to do. Can I replace these keys? Will that help me? Should I buy new keyboard? Can I buy any keyboard or I need to ask for specific one? I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! I think that replacing keys on your keyboard will not help you. I think that you will need to buy new keyboard. Your problem sounds to me like a problem with keyboard membrane. Anyway, you will need to contact Dell for new keyboard, because Dell makes specific hardware for its computers.
