Dell Inspiron 8500 Error Recording CDs

Hello. I have Dell Inspirion 8500. I, also, have trouble with recording CDs on this computer. Usually, CDs recorded on this computer cannot be read on other computers although Nero shows that burning process completed without errors. I am using Nero for burning purposes and Windows XP Professional as operating system. Can you help me with this problem?

Well, this can mean several things. Maybe your CD burner is damaged and it can not record CDs correctly. Also, you may have problems with CD media. Some media can be really troublesome. Try to change media (Verbatim and Memorex are really good) and try to burn CDs on slower speed. If devices on other computers do not support same speed as your burner then such problems can occur.
