Hello! I have Dell Inspiron 6000. This laptop from start gives me a headache. And I can tell you that Dell technical support is very similar to this laptop. Smile

I will try to explain you what my problem is: my screen is black, but I can see some contours of original desktop if I look under right angle. Help!

Hello! Well, you will need to contact Dell technical support one more time. Namely, you will need to send them your laptop (or if you know for some repair shop which fixes Dell laptops, take it there), because you have problem with backlight screen. This is not complicate problem, but professionals must fix it – you cannot do that on your own.
