Hi, I have a driver problem – I think, at least. My installation of Windows (XP Home Edition) doesn't recognize some piece of hardware, and the Device Manager only shows it as "unknown USB device". It also says "nno drivers for this device have been installed".
I'm thinking it could be a non-standard USB port or something, but I don't really know. How am I supposed to find the drivers for this when I don't even know what it is? |

| Well obviously, you're supposed to identify it first. Windows doesn't always (hah!) do such a good job at it, though. There are 3rd party utilities for that which you can download. Google around for "unknown device identification" or something like that, you should get a few download links that you could try. |
