| I can't get it to print anything. When I try, I get a "print error" code number 41. I asked a friend over to help, and she did a System Restore Point (whatever that means), but it didn't help any. I know it's not a network issue because my computer is connected directly, and it can't print either. Any help? |

| Hmm. This can sometimes happen if your system is still configured to use an old printer, the one that was on before the current one was added. Check to see if the Dell AIO is the only one in the list, or at list the first one from the top: see under Control Panel / Printers and Faxes / Printer. |
