| I've recently bought an ATI Radeon X1650 Pro video card to replace my old one, an ATI Radeon 9200. However, since I installed it, I can't get it to start up at all. (This is all happening on a Dell Dimension 8250, I forgot to mention.) I've been told that the problem is my 250W PSU, could that be the case? Because I heard earlier that it should be enough for my setup. |

| If your laptop works with the old card and doesn't start up with the new one, than either it's the PSU, or your new card is malfunctioning. In case it's the latter, test it on another box, and if it doesn't work just return it. In case it's the former, you'll need a new PSU.
