Hello, and thanks for reading. Here's the problem: Outlook keeps crashing whenever I decline a meeting – an error message pops out just before the crash, informing me of a fault in the module msvcrt.dll. This happens for each Inbox the local user's delegate to. When I try to adjust the Delegates settings, I get the message "Delegates page unavailable, can't access Outlook folder." I have no idea what's going on here any more. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What OS are you running on? If it's XP, make sure it's updated with the latest Service Pack, because it corrects a number of Outlook-related messages. Though I don't think I've seen this one before, but hey, it's worth a try. If you've already got SP 2, you should try searching MS's support site (support.microsoft.com), specifically the Outlook section, if you haven't already.
