Decent Photo editing software

Hello! I have Pentium 4 PC. I need to find some photo editing software. There are some images that I want to edit, correct and to print. I don’t know what is decent program for that? I would like to hear any suggestion for my situation. I really need good software. Thanks!

Hi! There are so many programs for that purpose. I can suggest one very popular program. That is Adobe Photoshop. This software is very popular and defaults. You can edit images, correct them, also it’s possible to mix images. Occasions in this software are not limited. It’s for professionals and amateurs.
