I have read some articles on internet about database abuse from different officials that had access to it. These are cases that were revealed. I wonder how many these things happen and never come to public. Is there any way to protect our privacy these days? Not that I have something to hide. I am just scared with the thought that someone in some organization can learn everything about me in a few mouse clicks.

This is the problem of the world we are living in. These things were happening before and they will happen in future. Although scary as it looks it is not so important. If you have official that needs to know information about you he will find this information on one or another way. This is just a question of morality and nothing else.
