| I have had my computer for 3 years and have had no problems with my wireless set up. As of two months ago, my computer's screen goes black (while still running) and there is no way to get out of this mode unless I do a hard shut down, remove the Linksys Wireless B Notebook Adaptor, and then reboot. As soon as I insert the adaptor again, the same thing happens. I have purchased a new Lynksys Wireless B adaptor to see if it was the wireless card, but the same issue occurred. Therefore, I believe it is something with my Inspirion 9100. Any ideas/thoughts? |

Hi!
Network Drivers could be possible cause. Did you try to reinstall them? |

| Yes, I did try that. I uninstalled all the software related to lynksys and re-installed it and the same issue occurred. |
