Hello! I am really mad! I have Toshiba Satellite laptop and it worked just fine. I use win XP OS. Well, my older brother took my laptop last week and this he gave back to me. But, now, I cannot play DVDs, because there is error message. My brother told me that he reinstalled my win XP. What to do?

Hello! I assume that your brother did not use original installation disc which came with your laptop. Because of that, now your win XP is not able to play DVDs. I mean, any other installation disc has not appropriate drivers for your laptop, except the one you got with it. I suggest you to reinstall operating system again with your installation cd and that will solve your problem.
