DVD formatting problem

I have a problem with DVD formatting. I have several Princo rewritable discs that I can not format or erase. When I start erasing process in Nero it looks fine but when it ends I can still see all files on it. First I thought that this is a problem with Nero but I got same results from Roxio. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello. You have not told me DVD model you have. This might be the problem with DVD device or with bad media. If you have been using this rewritable DVD media often then it is possible that media is bad and you will have to try with new DVD rewritable disc. If DVD burner behaves similarly with new media then something is wrong with it and you should take it some technician who has tools and experience to diagnose problem correctly.
