DVD drives not working after system recovery

Hello! I have Windows XP Pro SP 2 operating system. Recently I have done system recovery. But, my DVD drives (I have DVD burner and DVD ROM) not working after system recovery. The strangest thing is that they are recognized in Device Manager. Please, tell me what to do. I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! This is very usual problem after system recovery process. You will need to boot Safe Mode. When you boot it, go to device Manager and from there remove (delete) DVD burner and DVD ROM. After you do this, reboot computer and boot system normally. After you do this, your system will automatically detect your DVD drives and they will work properly.
