Ive recently bought my DVD-RW device and Im pretty satisfied with it. But Ive noticed that sometimes it wont write on DVDs that have still enough free space. Fore example, yesterday I recorded only one 700MB movie and when I tried to add another one later, it wouldnt work. The message appeared saying something about multi-session DVD-R media. What can this be? Many thanks.

Dont worry, pal. Nothing is wrong with your hardware, and the only thing necessary is a bit of software adjustment. According to what you say, you probably havent turn on so-called multi-session option in Nero software, if you use that one for writing. I suppose that you recorded your DVD without checking allow files to be added later square and thus the DVD was finalized without the possibility to add anything else. Next time when you record a DVD check this option and in that way youll enable multi-session disc writing so that it will be possible to add media on the DVD until its full. Just to remind you to also turn on verifying option while recording.
