DVD/CD-RW combo drive issue

Hello! I have DVD/CD-RW, but it is no name one. It works all right for few months. Since two days ago it just stopped to burn cds. Also, I cannot open drive each time. I need to use some needle to open it. I do not know why this is happening. I hope you will be able to tell me what to do.

Hello! I recommend you to change your drive. It is cheap one and I think that it finished its useful life. If you wont change it for new better model, then you can take it to repair. Namely, their lasers for burning are broken (again: it is useless to repair it). I hope that I have helped you.
