Hello! I am still running Windows 98 operating system. But, I think that it is time for some newer operating system. I have bought Sony DVD burner, but I know that this burner requires newer operating system and that it won’t work on my Windows 98. Can you recommend me new operating system? Thanks!

Hello! It is true that newer DVD burners won’t work on Windows 98. I have to be honest with you and tell you following: it is very unusual for me that someone (you) uses Windows 98 in era of Vista. Anyway, I think that you should try with Windows XP (Home or Professional) operating system. On this operating system newer DVD burners will work for sure (including your Sony).
