I found the same info. Latest patches and updates, plus latest IE version are sure to keep you safe from this DSO Exploit hole. If you have entries in spyware programs about DSO persist, you can fix this with little effort and some skills about editing registry database. Basically all you need is to change a few entries in registry, but this alarm means nothing and you are already safe, even if you do not change these.
