| I have two Mac OS X servers. Updating them is very important, but when I try software updater crashes or shows message that Apples web site can not be contacted. My internet connection is just fine, I can even access Apples web site but updates doesnt work. I would be very grateful if I receive prompt reply. |

| This is a known bug. It occurs when you try to install software that requires accepting license agreement and you have font Times RO installed. This font comes with some HP printers, so if you have such printer then this is definitely reason which caused your problems. The workaround is simple and straightforward. Just manually download updates and install them. To completely remove this problem update to OS X version 10.3.5 because this bug occurs only through 10.3 and 10.3.4 versions. |
