Critical performance update for Dell Inspiron 1150 laptop

Hello. I have Dell Inspiron 1150 laptop and I have installed SP2 recently on it. After SP2 update, my laptop suffers incredible slowdowns. I have chosen the option without the removal after the update. Now, I cant get my Windows back as it was before the update. Is there any way to increase overall performance? Thanks in advance.

Yes, I think you do have a solution. Dell has made a software patch for their products. And it applies only if you are using celeron processor with the service pack 2 installed. So, you have very common problem. Download the patch that will increase the performance of your notebook. You will need patch ID number on the Dells support site.
