| Things like that happen. You must get used to that. Computers are like little children. You must try to understand their language. And that is not very easy sometimes. I can tell you from my own experience, that sometimes, you don’t get drivers that you need. So I would suggest you to do something different. I suggest you to go to their official site. And try to download drivers from there. If that doesn’t work, than you have only one option. You should contact them, and tell them about your problem. Their duty is to solve problems of their customers. And you are their customer. So, let them to solve your problem. |
