Hello! I have some IRQ conflict on my computer. I have asked around about this problem and everybody told me that if I update BIOS I would solve problem. So, I have download last BIOS version and install it through win XP. After that I have rebooted computer, but there were just black screen. Is this some registry corrupted or BIOS?

Hello! I think that your registry files are just fine. I think that you download bad version of BIOS and that is cause of your problem. To solve this problem you should reset CMOS. To reset it, use jumpers on motherboard, but be very carefully. When you reset it, everything will work just fine.
