Hello there! I am having some problems with working on converting WMA to mp3. You see, my setting was to make mp3 sound the same as WMA files, but after processing a song, the sound resembles as some broken record! I hear flickers, cracks, like an old radio actually! Is that the problem with my sound card or what? Please help me!

Hi there! You are probably using some software to do that. Check out the output preferences or the options and see if there is a setting which converts files to various bit rates. It must have to have this option. There change bit rate to at least 128kbps. 192kbps is recommended but will have more megabytes per song. What youre doing now is that youre converting files to lower quality than they are. So the income is that flickering. I know that in Windows Media Player 56kbps is the default setting.
