Well, hello there. I have just received a gift from my Girlfriend. It is very cute Ipod. It can even play music (my Sony Ericsson mobile phone is much better) but, never mind that, she don’t like technology as I do, and I do love her very much, so I liked the present. One thing is bothering me anyway, and that’s why my version of Sound Forge (version 6) won’t correctly convert the desired song for that Ipod? Ipod won’t accept the file format, while the mobile phone, just says, “yes, thank you very much”. From my side, in advance.

That’s because mp3 is much different from the Layer2. Mp3 format is using different, additional layer method to increase the frequency resolution. It is really difficult to explain in short terms, so you can freely try to convert your desired songs with Crazi Video for example. It makes perfect algorithm that fits for Ipod’s policy. There are many programs like Crazi Video. Try “Googling”.
