Is it possible to Convert existing MP3's at 128kbps to 64kbps? That would be really nice thing if it is possible. I am newbie with this programs, so I need any advice that I can get. So, if someone knows this information, please share with me. Thank you for every help that you will able to give me about this particular thing.

I don’t know if tat thing is possible to do directly>I know that you have options in Audio Rippers to set that thing, when you are making Audio file into MP3 file. But I really don’t believe that it is possible to do that from one MP3 format to another. But I also don’t have much experience with this things, so there is big possibility that something like that is possible, and that I don’t know anything about it. But now I am interested in this topic. I would also like to find out if something like that is possible. So if you find out that info, please share with me. Thank you in advance.
