Something is terribly wrong with my PC! I can’t close the programs normally and when I try to turn on ‘task manager’ by pressing ctrl+alt+delete, nothing happens. I just can’t believe it – I’ve never heard that this can happen. What am I supposed to do now? How can I get to task manager? Thanks a lot!

Have you tried running it from the ‘run’ window? You should also try finding it – look for taskmgr.exe. Maybe it’s gone missing somehow. If you find it, you can even make a shortcut to it on your desktop so you can access it this way. If you don’t have it anymore, I think that you should run system restore and of course, you should scan your machine for viruses and spyware and get rid of everything suspicious.
