| Hello. I was used to write my email messages from the outlook express. But, the program started to behave very strange (some other time about that) and I had to switch to Microsoft Outlook 2002 that came together with the Office XP. I have exported my contact list to .xls file and thaught everything was ok. When I tried to import them to Outlook, the job was somehow done, but without any information and email addresses inside. Just the contact user names. I am scratching my head for a while and dont know from where to start... Any idea, someone? Thanks. |

| Hello. Try to export your contacts from Outlook Express address book it self again. Export them as .wab extension. I think thats the most safer and best way to do. Than from the Outlook 2002, import should be done correctly. If the problem still persists, dont worry. You can easily send e-mails directly form Address Book (start all programs accessories address book) by right-clicking on the contact and select send message action. The default email client will launch, and after the sending off message, you will notice that the contact is automatically added to the contact list. |
