Hello! I have small home network: I have connected two desktop computers with crossover cable. One of these computers has two network cards, so, I am able to share internet connection, too. I have bought yesterday Compaq Armada 1700 laptop and I want to ask you how to add this computer to this network now. Thanks!

Hello! Well, there is several ways. First: you can add to second computer one more network card and connect Compaq Armada 1700 to it – very complicate and not recommended. Second: you can buy hub and all of these computers connect to hub and hub to modem – recommended. And the third way: you can buy wireless router and connect all of these computers to it – this is best solution!
