Confused what to block and what to left in firewall

Hello! I am confused about something. My computer is Intel Pentium 4 PC. I am using Windows XP Pro OS. I am confused what o block and what to left in firewall. I am using Zone alarm firewall. Does anybody know what to do? I am not smart and able to know. Thanks for any suggestion or advice!

Hi! So, you are confused about firewall. I don’t know how to help you. You can install automatic settings. Your firewall knows what to do. So, don’t be confused. If you have some problems with that firewall you can change it. I can suggest you to find some another. I think that is good idea.
