Conflict Error Message when using ECDC

I am using Easy CD Creator (ECDC) to burn files on CD and DVD media. But it failed me on most common operation. I have downloaded some programs and tried to burn them. I pressed red button (Record) and then error message popped up saying that there is Reservation Conflict and that the drive is in use by another application Roxio CD kernel. Do you have any idea how to solve this issue?

It looks like Windows built in burning software has a conflict with Easy CD Creator. If I were you I would try to uninstall both burning programs and to install Easy CD creator again. If you can not uninstall Roxio CD then try to disable it to start with windows start in system service management console. This should do the trick and enable you to use ECDC.
