I have a big problem with my computer. I am unable to do anything. Computer just freezes after while and nothing can help but to restart it manually. There is no apparent reason for this behavior. Sometimes it freezes while I am working in Excel, sometimes during playing games and sometimes when I do nothing. Can you give me some advice how to fix this problem?

Honestly I can not give you any sound advice. Such behavior can be caused by dozens of things and giving you advice will require determining the right cause which is almost impossible without access to your computer. Just to name some reasons for this behavior I will tell you that bad drivers, software, hardware malfunction and viruses can cause this. You can try to reinstall windows and see if problem persists. If after reinstall problem continue to happen then most probably you have some hardware issue (likely RAM).
