| What to do now?! I am aware I have lost all that I was packed on my computer. My PC crashed and all data lost! Should I moan about this one now, making this a weeping forum area; what can cause crash, naming and counting reasons, trying to inform and warn others on what to pay attention, because I can’t recover my stuffs for sure! I made crucial mistake I relied on my luck, typical human “won’t happen to me “ case and never made bootable disc, heh. I think I just won golden medal for stupidity. Reason why it crashed, well actually I have no idea I think it was mechanical HD error, everything fall to pieces. So people join this topic and share your pity and wisdom. |

| Ah, never cry over the spilled milk, people say. Even though when it happened to me I think I lost miles of my nerves, seriously. Had some grand virus strike never knew what hit me, I always thought I was pretty safe, packed myself with enough security programs. But for the internet any amount you have of those is never enough! At least I was prepared in a way, had my bootable disc and most of the files were backup-ed, and being paranoid as I am, used the old way of backing up - DVDs. Never was nuts about external hardware, considering my luck, I think tornado would pass my room and smash it, heh. |

What happened to you was really bad, but the good news is, that you probably still can safe your lost data.
