| Hello. I am having a little problem with my PC. No matter what I do, after few minutes, sometimes hours, computer is shutting down it self in no time. Without logging off and else. This is not usual with my PC. I am using all necessary protection, and I think that its not infected. What can cause this behavior? Thanks for reply any help. |

| Hi man. I think that the cause is heat. There is a limit for a processor core temperature, and the BIOS is adjusted to track those numbers. Critical temperature level can be controlled by user. But, you should consider that anything below 55 degrees is fine. Over that, no. Older AMD processors were capable to hold much long even on 60 at start-up, but still to work fine, without any unexpected shutdown. You can remove the barrier inside BIOS, but there is no more protection, and should you do that or you should check your cooling system? Does your cooling system works after all? Check that out. |
