| Hello. I am stuck with my computer completely. My PC doesnt want to connect to the internet no more, because of some crazy virus. My firewall is not working anymore, my Antivirus software is not able to get updates. My add/remove programs list is not working, literally! What is the next step for this kind of problem? Thanks in advance. |

| The next step I would use is to try some online solution by using any Linux Live CD. By using Live CD, your hard drive is not modified at all, but all data and files from a CD are going directly to a memory, and all you need to do is to change the boot sequence order inside the BIOS. If you dont find any right solution over the internet than restore the image file of the system you have previously made. Did you? You have a back up of your system? If you dont, what can I tell you else. Re-install Windows. |
