Hello and try to keep it calm, although I completely understand how annoying that can be (having the same issue with my PC, just not that often). Well what OS are you using, and how is its performance in general? What I mean, apart restarts, other things functioning well? There is difference between shutting down and restart so I am hoping you named the unwanted action the right way. If that is the case there is possibility that your OS is being corrupted, before any further actions describe your problem with more words.
