Compaq Armada 700 New Installation of Win2000 Pro

Hello! I have Compaq Armada 700 laptop. My old win98 has a lot of viruses on the hard disk. I have to install new windows. I’ve heard that Win2000 pro is good. But I don’t know how to install it. Can somebody help? Thank you very much! I need any useful advice.

Hi! If you ever installed some windows like 95 or 98… You probably know to install any kind of windows it’s the same process. But if you never installed windows before I don’ recommend you to try alone to install. It’s not very complicated process but you must know how to do that. At the first you have to remove all files, to format the hard disk, this process run in the Dos mode. After that you start with the new windows installation. But don’t try alone to do this!
