| Hello. I have pulled out this printer from the old closet. I don’t know is my mom or my brother who putted it there, but I am sure that it is still working. Anyway, I don’t know where the drivers CD for it might be, so I am about to find that out. I hope that I won’t have much difficulties to find the proper Windows XP driver. |

| XP driver for Compaq A1000, you say. Well, here is some kind of help. Search the internet for the SP1524 file. As this should be the exact file name for the driver version you need. Actually I don’t realize how is it that you couldn’t find the match by your self so far. Just type your printer model in the Google’s search box, and you’ll see the results. |
