Combo drive won't open, light just blink

Hello! I have purchased used combo drive and I plugged it into case. Now, I am facing with a strange problem. When I press button to open this drive, light is just blinking, nut drive wont open. It is very unusual and I never have problem like this, so, I dont know what I should do? Help me, please.

Hello! I have same problem. I have solved it with needle. You can see very small hole on your combo drive (it is on plastic part). Take a needle and push with it into that hole. Your drive will open. After that you will be able to close it normally. Try if your button works after that, if it doesnt, then you should fix mechanism on your drive.
